IDRISSI International Secondary School assembles a team of experienced, talented and dedicated teachers, all under one roof. We seek to educate young people to grow into exemplary member of society- a faithful Muslim, a green individual and a committed future worker. We see our students as unique seeds which will bloom into flowers of different colours and smells. Having said that, we try our best to cater their different needs through multiple academic pathways and co-curricular activities for our young adults.

Excellence in academics is our central yet not the only purpose. The school is accommodated by a group of supportive and enthusiastic educators to develop lessons that suit the students’ interest and needs. Across the lessons, students are manured with critical thinking and problem-solving skills to prepare them for the real world outside school gate. Communication and collaborative skills are engrained in all lessons in preparing our future leaders to be adaptable and resilient to face challenges in life ahead. In line with the global demand of technology, Idrissi Secondary also devises the students to be innovative and inventive.

IDRISSI International Secondary School homes students from Year 7 to Year 11. Students are divided into two key stages with KS3 referring to the younger teenagers of Year 7 until Year 9 and KS4 refers to the young adults of Year 10 and Year 11.

Cambridge International Examination (CIE)

Cambridge International Examinations prepare students for life – helping them to develop an informed curiosity and abiding passion for learning. It helps students become confident, responsible, reflective, innovative and engaged.

Students in Secondary can choose from a range of subjects leading to the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) examinations.

Success with Cambridge opens doors to the world’s finest universities and jobs worldwide– in the US, the UK, Australia, Canada and beyond.


Our students are laid out with many choices of co-curricular activities as an outlet for them to develop their soft skills to meet the demand of competitive world outside. With that said, we have collaborated with the world class program Duke of Edinburgh Award (DoE) to make their participation globally recognized.

Duke of Edinburgh Award (DofE)

This exciting global programme is optional for students over 14. The award is designed to help develop youth character, self-esteem, confidence and overall personal excellence. Currently delivered in over 140 countries with more than 8 million young people taking part, this non-competitive programme has an excellent reputation among employers and universities as a mark of real personal achievement and development. The programme’s four sections – Service, Skill, Physical Recreation and Adventurous Journey – are all designed with the aim to help youth become leaders in action.

How will Idrissi School help?

Idrissi School teachers are tasked to support students participating in the DofE through the Award Certificate Training (ACT) and Supervisors and Assessors Training (SAT) workshops as well as training mandated by the DofE. Together with other adults within the DofE network, they will help each student to set goals, monitor their progress and record their advancements. At the same time, the student self-manages their progress through an Online Record Book.
