11. When was IDRISSI International School established?

IDRISSI International School was established in 2015 at Setia Alam, Selangor and has since proudly grown into a full-fledged institution consisting of a nature-based preschool, primary and secondary school with about 550 students.

22. Which level does IDRISSI International School offer?

We offer Preschool, Primary and Secondary schools.

33. How many students are there in IDRISSI International School?

There are about 550 students in IDRISSI School inclusive of Nature-Based Preschool, Primary and Secondary schools.

44. What is the class size?

We ensure a maximum of 25 students in each class.

55. What curriculum does IDRISSI International School offer?

We offer the world-class Cambridge International Curriculum, infused with Islamic and eco infused with Islamic and eco-values education.

66. Does IDRISSI International School offer Islamic and Quranic subjects?

Yes, Islamic Studies and Quranic subjects are parts of the curriculum.

77. Does IDRISSI International School accept non-Muslim students?

IDRISSI International School, Setia Alam is an Islamic International School. Currently, the school is open only for Muslim students.

88. What is the language of instruction in IDRISSI International School?

We teach in English. On top of that, we also offer language subjects Bahasa & Alam (Malay language with relation to nature), and Arabic.

99. What are the after-school programmes offered?

We offer a range of extra-curricular activities including sports and skills-based activities. All the activities will be announced at the beginning of every academic year. In addition to that, our students participate heavily in the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award (DofE) and Junior Award Scheme for Schools (JASS).

1010. Does IDRISSI International School have field trips?

Yes, we have field trips for all levels from Preschool, Primary to Secondary. We love to bring students to nature-based places and places that parents hardly bring their children to. Example: Beach Cleaning at Pantai Remis, Mangrove Planting at Bagan Lalang.

1111. What are the facilities that are available in IDRISSI International School?

There are Libraries, Science Lab, Computer Lab, Art Room, Dining Area, Archery Area, Farm Patches and Petting Farm, Basketball, Netball and Futsal Court.

Preschool 8.00 am to 3.00 pm

1313. Is assessment required as a part of the admission process?

Yes, new intakes are required to take an entry assessment for both Primary and Secondary Schools and a trial class for the Preschool.

1414. When does the IDRISSI International School’s academic calendar begin?

Our academic calendar begins in September till July the following year. Enquiries and enrolment are available and open throughout the year.

1515. Does IDRISSI International School provide boarding facilities?

Boarding facilities are not available at Setia Alam campus.

1616. Does IDRISSI School have other branches?

Yes, we have our branch in EduCity Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

1717. If a student were to be enrolled in the second term, will the fees be reduced?

School fees are divided into three (3) terms & parents are allowed to pay the fees by termly basis. If a student were to be enrolled on the second term, the fees to be paid are the one-time fees, annual fees and all the fees for the second term onwards.

1818. Is there a discount for enrolment of 2 or more siblings?

Yes. Sibling discount is entitled for the second child and the subsequent children. Kindly contact our admissions team to know more.

1919. Does the school accept fee payments on instalment basis?

We accept fee payments on annually or termly basis only.

2020. Does the school accept special needs children?

This is a case to case basis, parents are required to attend consultation sessions and submit the child's medical record for school’s evaluation.

2121. What kind of food does the school serve and how is food being served to the students?

School ensures to provide students with healthy and halal food that will be served by our caterer at the school's dining area.

2222. Do you have daycare after school?

Yes, we do and it is called Loving After-Care. It is available for students of Preschool up to Year 2 after the school hours until 6pm. The cost is RM800 per term.

2323. How much is late pick-up charges?

It is RM30 per hour.
