Stay Productive While Fasting

Ramadan, the month of blessing, is here, where Muslims are fasting and trying to fix themselves to be better to a certain degree. However, while fasting, some of us tend to feel unmotivated as fasting might be tiring. Hence, how can we stay productive throughout the whole day in this holy month? Let’s continue reading.

Organized your thoughts and planning

In our everyday life we should plan so that things can run on smoothly. Therefore, organizing your thoughts is important to make sure things that need to be done will be completed especially during fasting since we get to feel pressured easily.

Do not multitask

Multitasking is good for a certain time but to be more productive, we would recommend you avoid multitasking and try to complete things one by one. It is much easier when you complete each task step by step instead of mixing it up altogether and trying to complete it at once.

Set your timing

As some might do extra things in Ramadan month, setting your working hours might help. This is because some of us might need to prepare food earlier, might need to do another task earlier and so on. Therefore, setting your timing is important as it will ease the process.

Eliminate distractions

Distractions will always be there. It is up to that person on how to avoid being distracted from things that are unnecessary. If the distractions keep on coming to you, you must be strong enough to steer clear of it.

Being productive is not easy for some people because they tend to do all things that are unnecessary and procrastinating at its best. However, it is not impossible to be productive each day. Let’s make a lot of du’a during this Ramadan, Inshaa Allah.
