Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at IDRISSI School e-Shop.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days from the date you received your item(s)
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in the original condition/packaging with its labels for returns
• For unfit sizes, just make sure the item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in the original condition/packaging with its labels for returns
• We will not be able to accept returns for items that are damaged, marked or altered
• We required receipt or cash sales slip as a proof of purchase.

HOW DO I RETURN TO YOU?

1. Complete Return Form
2. If Return via Courier Service:

You may obtain a blank consignment form from any courier service and ship the item to the following address:

• Do note that the shipping charges and return charges are not refundable. The cost will be borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.
• We will process your request within 3 working days upon receiving the item and an e-mail notification will be sent to you
